The Before and After Care program is available at each Queen Creek Unified School District Elementary School. Activities include homework time (not tutoring), science, arts & crafts, technology lab, active games and more! Sibling and employee discounts are available. Our programs start at 6:30 a.m. to school start and school end to 6:00 p.m. Discovery Kids is an award-winning program and follows the Arizona Quality Standards for Out-of-School Time Programs. The Consistent schedule (child is scheduled to attend every day) is based on a daily discounted rate. You are billed for the number of days Discovery Kids is in session in each billing period. The Pick-Your-Days schedule (child is not scheduled to attend every day) is based on a daily rate. You are only billed for the number of days you schedule in each billing period. NO REFUND POLICY - In order to schedule and hold your spot, our program is a prepaid program only. You are invoiced for days scheduled not days your child attends. If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $25 will be assessed, and your child will not be able to attend DK until the past due balance is paid. SVE 3rd & 4th Grade ChoirEnrichment Programs3rd & 4th Grade Choir Club is open to any student in grades 3rd-4th that love to sing! This club will take place after school in the music rooms every Tuesday from 3:00-3:45pm with pickup being in front of the school by the SVE front office. Please note that after you sign your student up, there will be NO refunds for any reason. 3rd and 4th grade choir this year will put on the musical "101 Dalmatians Jr". Students will have the opportunity to audition for a role. Any student who does not receive a role in the musical, will be a part of the chorus. The musical will be performed December 15th from 3:30-4:30 pm. This club will teach students vocal technique, teamwork, and prepare them to be life-long singers!After School Enrichment 2026/2027 -
SVE 5th & 6th Grade ChoirEnrichment Programs5th and 6th grade Choir Club is open to any student in grades 5th-6th that love to sing! In May, the 5th and 6th grade choir will participate in a choral competition for middle-school choirs through the Arizona Choral Directors Association. Students will grow as independent learners as they strengthen communication skills and pre-academic skills along with developing a sense of school routine and personal responsibility. Developmentally appropriate instructional strategies provide opportunities for social-emotional growth, concept development, and continued building of foundational academic skills. Feel free to take advantage of one of our discounts. A 10% discount may be applied to your account by paying the annual half-day preschool account in full. If you have one or more children enrolled in the QCUSD Preschool program, your youngest child may be eligible for a 10% sibling discount. Children with parents or legal guardians employed by QCUSD may be eligible for an employee discount. Please note, only one discount can be applied per child.
