Contract approvals for the 2026-2027 school year will begin around mid February. Please wait patiently. If your contract is approved, you will get an email confirmation.

QCUSD Preschool offers Full Day Preschool for children ages 3-5.   Please check the course description to ensure you enroll your child in the appropriate program and school year. 

The curriculum is standards-based using the Arizona Early Learning Standards. This class offers daily learning experiences, enrichment experiences, and skill development that will help develop pre-academic skills and social/emotional development.  In addition, the Fundations Curriculum is introduced to facilitate a smooth transition to Kindergarten and provide quality learning experiences and skill development.

All classes are contingent upon enrollment at each site. If minimum enrollment is not reached, you will be contacted regarding other available preschool options. Full Day preschool students will have the option of attending both morning and afternoon care. 

• Please NOTE that if you need extended care, you will need to complete TWO contracts. One for Full Day Preschool / Kinder Prep, and one for Full Day Extended Care. Not all schools have extended care for Preschool.

Feel free to take advantage of one of our discounts.  If you have one or more children enrolled in the QCUSD Preschool program, your youngest child may be eligible for a 10% sibling discount. Children with parents or legal guardians employed by QCUSD may be eligible for an employee discount. Please note, only one discount can be applied per child.

• The Full Day Program hours are 8:30 am - 3:15 pm, Monday through Friday
• Classes are taught by a Certified Teacher and supported by trained para-educators.
• Enrollment will not exceed 24 students.  
• Children must be fully toilet trained.
